How do I pay?

Once you have chosen the date and time you require please click "Next". You will be asked to enter your name, email and phone number, your appointment details will be to the right of the screen, click "Pay Now". 

You can pay by debit/credit or Paypal!  Cash payments are not accepted.

What can I expect during my appointment?

Each and every appointment is set with your highest intentions in mind!  All you need to do is relax and as much as possible have no expectations.  Trust that whoever or whatever you need to receive will be delivered

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

I have a 48 hours cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment then a 48 hour notice period is required.  
Should you not provide 48 hours notice then unfortunately your appointment is nonrefundable.

Do you need to be in the same room?

Not at all.  In fact I offer distance appointments via Zoom whereby you'll receive the recording afterwards. It really doesn't matter where in the world you are. I have connected with clients in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia, there is never a difference with the connection, you will always receive what you need to receive!

Can I record my appointment?

Yes by all means. Even better, with a distance reading you will actually be sent the recording of your reading shortly after the reading is finished.

How do I connect to Zoom for Online appointments?

After you have booked your appointment you will receive a confirmation email confirming your appointment time and also the link required to join your reading.  You will need to download the software.  Zoom is compatible with smartphones, tablets and PC's.
Once downloaded you can just click on the link and join me.

How do I access my recording from Zoom?

After your reading I will again send you a link, this time however for the recording.  By clicking on the link you will be able to download the video and save it on your hardware.

In the circumstance that the event is rearranged or cancelled, due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Local / Provincial COVID Restrictions

  • Location Problems

  • Host Unavailability

 

Kelly will accept exchanges ONLY for other upcoming events, purchased tickets will be transferred at no additional cost to the consumer.
