101 is usually a 12 week course, it has been modified for this Unique opportunity!

Please be aware that you will integrate a huge amount of energy in a short period of time and the affects of which will continue for weeks, maybe even months afterwards!

​This is a Beginner to Intermediate group based opportunity that will provide you with a solid foundation to either continue learning, embrace a new life path or simply incorporate into your general day to day!

All worksheets will be provided, but please bring your own notebook or journal, something personal to you!
